Mary Wigham completed

Finished and framed. All the letters on the right side are my fathers ancestry and the left side my mother's. The bottom has my siblings, children and their fathers. My current husband and mine together at the top. I added MW inside the green wreath as a tribute to Mary. I taped all the info about the sampler on the back. I also changed her name to mine in the center. I am proud of this piece.

Mary Wigham Sampler Begins

So here she goes. I decided to focus on it a little bit and maybe I'll get it done this year. I am stitching it on 40 ct linen using NPI silks.This is a free sampler chart from the Needleprint Blog sight. Our sampler guild Sampler Guild of the Rockies is doing it as a year long stitch along.
